Returns

You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt provided the items are in the original condition for exchange only upon approval. (This excludes bargain items from our sales rack, as is etc. Sale Rack items are final sale.) All approved items will be given an exchange number for you to send in to be processed.

Items will be exchanged after they have been inspected and it is declared the items are in their original condition. Products must be in their original box and or packaging.

Items worn or with stains may not be returned. If you do ship such items, “HaileyMason, LLC” will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Gift Certificates are non refundable.

There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without the proper exchange number.

Shipping

Most orders will ship out within three days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, HaileyMason.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order is placed. You will be charged for the items ordered, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
